The mountains have a way of putting things in perspective. They remind you to look up. To slow down. How small you are, and how lucky.

Nearly ten years together have taught us something similar.

We’ve built a relationship by asking more of ourselves and each other, saying yes to adventure, and learning that the best things are rarely rushed.

Somewhere along the way, one of those adventures led us to the shores of Silver Lake, where during a recent camping weekend, Emmett proposed. So it feels only right to come back here to start the next one.

We invite you to join us for a weekend in the mountains to celebrate, not with formality or fanfare, but with what we enjoy most: crisp air, long shared meals, clear waters, crackling firelight, and you — the people we want beside us for the next decade.

Expect paddling on the lake, late-night s’mores, slow mornings that smell like coffee and pine, wandering trails, and dancing beneath the moon. Bring your kids and your Birkenstocks. Wear what feels comfortable. Come as you are.

More than anything, we hope this weekend feels nothing at all like a wedding and everything like sitting around the campfire: warm, unguarded, a little feral, and touched by something like magic.
